摘  要:低压配电自动化终端是配电网的重要组成部分,具有点多面广的特点,随着南方电网对配电自动化的大力投入,低压配电自动化终端海量接入带来的安装、调试、运维困难问题尤为突出,因此,本文提出了一种基于IEC 61850的台区设备即插即用实现方法。首先提出了基于IEC 61850标准的模型设计方法,实现端设备标准化接入与通信点表配置,其次,基于模型设计方法,设计了APP加载、卸载、多实例动态追踪的即插即用体系和控制方法,实现设备通信标准化、一致化,保证端设备的更换和接入工作的安全性、完整性、可靠性。最后,将本文提出的方法在南方电网进行工程应用,验证了所提方法的先进性和可行性,应用结果表明该方法对缓解现场施工流程复杂、人员操作繁琐等现实问题有十分积极的指导意义和参考价值。The low-voltage distribution automation terminal is an important part of the distribution network,which has the characteristics of multi-faceted and wide-ranging.With the great investment of CSG(China Southern Power Grid Company Limited)in distribution automation,the installation,debugging,operation and maintenance of the massive access of low-voltage distribution automation terminals difficult problems are particularly prominent.Therefore,this paper proposes a plug and play implementation method for station equipment based on IEC 61850.Firstly,a model design method based on the IEC 61850 standard is proposed to realize standardized access and communication point table configuration of end devices.Secondly,based on the model design method,a plug and play system and control of APP loading,unloading,and dynamic tracking of multiple instances are designed.The method realizes the standardization and uniformity of equipment communication,and ensures the safety,integrity and reliability of the replacement and access work of terminal equipment.Finally,the method proposed in this paper is applied to China Southern Power Grid to verify the advancement and feasibility of the method.The application results show that the method has a very positive guiding significance and reference value for practical problems such as complex on-site construction processes and cumbersome personnel operations.
