Numerical Simulation of Coal-rock Stability at the End of Upward Fully Mechanized Working Face with Large Mining Height and its Control Technology

摘  要:以官地矿含夹矸厚煤层仰斜大采高综放工作面的地质及生产技术条件为工程背景,通过UDEC数值模拟计算,分析了仰采角度对含夹矸厚煤层仰斜大采高综放工作面端面围岩稳定性的影响规律。研究表明,随着工作面仰采角增大,工作面端面围岩塑性区和位移矢量增大,工作面端面围岩稳定性变差。基于上述研究结果,官地矿28418综放面在仰采过程中采用了带压擦顶移架及时护帮的方式控制煤壁及端面顶板,保持支架初撑力不低于6560 kN,并采取了合理控制采高、做好顶板周期来压预测预报、保证割煤工程质量、保证支架性能完好支护有效等措施,提高了煤壁的整体稳定性,减少了片帮冒顶的发生频率。Based on the engineering background of the geological and technical conditions of the fully mechanized caving face with large mining height in the thick coal seam with gangue in Guandi Mine,the influence of the upward mining angle on the stability of the surrounding rock at the end of fully mechanized caving face is analyzed by UDEC numerical simulation.Research shows that,with the increase of the upward mining angle,the plastic zone and displacement vector of the surrounding rock increase,and the stability of the surrounding rock becomes worse.Therefore,during the upward mining in the 28418 fully mechanized caving face in Guandi Mine,the support moving with pressure in time was used to control the coal wall and the end roof to keep the support setting force not less than 6560 kN.Measures,such as controlling reasonable mining height,forecasting roof periodic weighting,guaranteeing the quality of the coal cutting and the effective support,have improved the overall stability of the coal wall and reduced the frequency of rib spalling and roof falling.
