摘 要:针对煤炭企业各级调度部门所存在的统计数据多、信息量大、统计分析复杂、数据共享性差及工作效率低等制约智慧生产调度指挥中心建设的问题,从生产调度业务入手重新划分业务模型,设计出公司级和矿井级两级业务应用架构。该架构具备规范数据采集管理、优化生产调度业务流程、加强数据分析等功能。采用J-HI软件开发平台,开发出一套生产调度管理系统,实现了煤炭企业各级调度生产信息的交流共享,用户可以根据自己业务范围随时查询所需的信息,加快信息传递和反馈的时效性,为煤炭企业生产管理提供有力支撑。This article is aimed at problems that restrict the construction of smart production scheduling command center in the scheduling departments at all levels of coal enterprises,including many statistical data,large amount of information,complex statistical analysis,poor data sharing,and low work efficiency.Starting with the production scheduling,the business model was re-divided to design business application architecture at the level of company and mine,which could standardize the data collection and optimize the production scheduling process and data analysis.The J-HI software development platform was used to develop a set of production scheduling management systems to realize the exchange and sharing of scheduling information at all levels of the coal enterprises.Users could query information at any time and speed up the timeliness of information transmission and feedback,which could provide strong support for the production management in the coal enterprises.
