摘　　要：目的比较血栓弹力图(TEG)与凝血指标在评估甲状腺手术患者出血的价值。方法以60例甲状腺癌手术患者为对象,检测患者凝血指标:活化部分凝血活酶时间(aPTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、血小板(PLT)、D二聚体(D-D)。以及TEG,观察其与临床手术出血的相关性。结果临床45例呈低出血量(<10 ml)两类检查均在正常范围;高出血量组(>10 ml)15例凝血指标无异常:TEG检查R值、K值增高,MA值、Angle值减低。结论TEG对于该类患者指导术中止血和术后严密观察出血风险具有指导意义。Objective To compare Thromboelastography(TEG)with blood clotting indicators in assessing the value of bleeding in patients with thyroid surgery.Methods For 60 patients with thyroid surgery,the patient’s blood clotting index was detected:activated partial prothrombin time(aPTT),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT)fibrinogen(Fbg),platelet(PLT),D-dimer(D-D).and TEG to observe its correlation with clinically operated bleeding.Results Clinical 45 cases showed low hemorrhage(<10 ml)Both types of test results were within the normal range and 15 cases of high hemorrhage group(>10 ml)showed no abnormality in coagulation index:TEG examination R value,K value increased,MA value,Angle value decreased.Conclusion TEG is more sensitive to the coagulation state of high-risk bleeding patients,which is of guiding significance to guide hemostasis during operation and postoperative observation.
