腘静脉置管溶栓疗法治疗心力衰竭合并下肢静脉血栓形成患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察腘静脉置管溶栓疗法在心力衰竭合并下肢静脉血栓患者中的临床效果效果。方法选取我院2019年3月~2020年3月收治的心力衰竭合并下肢静脉血栓患者112例,用随机数字法分为两组,每组各56例,对照组应用系统溶栓治疗,研究组应用腘静脉置管溶栓治疗。对两组患者的治疗效果、纤溶系统功能因子含量、下肢消肿率以及溶栓率进行比较。结果研究组疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组纤溶系统功能因子含量优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组下肢消肿率及溶栓率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心力衰竭合并下肢静脉血栓患者应用腘静脉置管溶栓治疗,具有显著的治疗效果,同时可消除炎症因子,增强纤溶系统功能。Objective To observe the effect of popliteal venous tube thrombosis therapy in patients with heart failure combined with venous thrombosis in the lower extremities.Methods 112 cases of heart failure combined with lower limb venous thrombosis were selected from March 2019 to March 2020 in our hospital,divided into two groups by random numeric method,each group of 56 cases,the control group applied system thrombosis therapy,and the research group applied popliteal venous tube thrombosis treatment.The therapeutic effect,the functional factor content of the fibre-soluble system,the deswelling rate of lower limbs and the thrombolytic rate were compared.Results The efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the functional factor content of the fibre-soluble system was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the exhumation rate and thrombolysis rate of the lower extremities of the study group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Heart failure combined with venous thrombosis in the lower extremities patients with popliteal venous tube thrombosis treatment,with significant therapeutic effect,at the same time can eliminate inflammatory factors,enhance the activity of fibre-soluble system functional.
