摘　　要：阐述了实施"一罐到底"的工艺,优化铁钢界面工艺,实现铁钢界面无缝衔接,降低铁水温降,提升产量,降低成本。同时建立铁水罐信息管理系统(铁包跟踪系统优化工作),形成信息的及时传递,为高效生产提供前提条件。This paper expounds the process of implementing "one tank to the end ", optimizes the interface technology of iron and steel, realizes the seamless connection of iron and steel interface, reduces the temperature drop of hot metal, increases the output and reduces the cost. At the same time, the information management system of molten iron tank(optimization of ladle tracking system) is established to form the timely transmission of information, which provides the prerequisite for efficient production.
