摘　　要：通过对型材1号飞剪电机减速机联轴器、冷床上钢油缸支架、角钢码垛机、定尺机的改造及成品孔型优化,进一步增加产量和提升质量,以适应市场要求,同时为解决角钢堆垛问题,并在原堆垛机的基础是上增加角钢自动装置,实现角钢堆垛。Through the transformation of profile No.1 flying shear motor reducer coupling, steel cylinder support on cold bed, angle steel palletizing machine, sizing machine and finished product hole type optimization, the output and quality can be further increased to meet the market requirements. In order to solve the angle steel stacking problem, angle steel automatic device is added to realize angle steel stacking.
