航海专业人才混合式培训教学模式探讨

摘　　要：根据《中华人民共和国船员培训管理规则》要求,中国航海专业人才需经过相关的强制培训,才能申请本专业的各项考试和评估。目前我国航海专业人才培训主要是采取课堂授课模式,特别是考取管理级适任证书时,学员需要在学校学习三个多月,严重影响了学员的生活和工作。通过对新冠疫情期间大学生网上授课情况的调查研究发现,课堂教学加网络教学并行的综合教学模式完全适用于航海专业人才的培训教学。According to the regulations of the people's Republic of China on the management of seafarer training,Chinese maritime professionals need to undergo relevant compulsory training before they can apply for various examinations and assessments of their own major.At present,China's maritime professional training mainly adopts offline classroom teaching mode,which brings inconvenience to the seafarer’s'life and work.This paper discusses the applicability of blended teaching mode in seafarer training based on information technology,and holds that blended teaching mode is completely suitable for the training of navigation professionals.
