狭缝节流气体静压轴承静态特性研究进展

摘　　要：狭缝节流气体静压轴承在工业生产的很多相关领域中有着重要的应用,承载能力、气体质量流量等静态特性对其稳定性有着很大影响。介绍了狭缝节流气体静压轴承相较于其他节流形式的优势,给出了狭缝节流气体静压轴承静态特性的理论建模仿真分析,重点阐述了近年来基于Fluent的狭缝节流气体静压轴承静态特性的研究现状,以及提高其静态特性的方法和不同工况下的实际应用,归纳了其特点并为以后研究狭缝节流气体静压轴承的静态特性提供相应参考,最后初步展望了狭缝节流气体静压轴承的未来研究方向。Slit throttling aerostatic bearings have important applications in many related fields in industrial production,and static characteristics such as load-bearing capacity and gas mass flow have a great impact on their stability.This paper introduces the advantages of the aerostatic bearing with slot throttling compared with other throttling forms,gives the theoretical modeling and simulation analysis of the static characteristics of the aerostatic bearing with slot throttling,and focuses on the research status of the static characteristics of the aerostatic bearing with slot throttling based on fluent in recent years,as well as the methods to improve its static characteristics and the practical application under different working conditions.Finally,the future research direction of the aerostatic bearing with narrow orifice is prospected.
