广西现代化特色林业推广模式—“油茶示范区建设”探究

摘　　要：广西正处于脱贫攻坚的重要时刻,林业作为广西的支柱产业,更应蓄力勃发。基于“绿水青山,就是金山银山”指导思想,振兴乡村策略和科技兴林战略,提出了广西现代化特色林业推广模式——“油茶示范区”建设:扩大油茶种植规模,推行良种标准化繁育、加强基础设施建设,优化产业结构,形成组织管理服务体系,向周边地区拓展辐射发展;由政府牵头,科技引领、系统规划、标准化经营管理,科林农旅联动,促进三产融合发展;秉承科学、精准、高效、全面、绿色、可持续的原则,树立地方林业发展的标杆,为区域发展提供模范答案,引领产业发展方向;以核心示范区为主干,扎根区域特色环境土壤,周边辐射拓展开枝散叶,栽培现代化林业“大树”,大范围推广实行,植“树”成“林”。Guangxi province is at an important moment of poverty alleviation.As the pillar industry of Guangxi province,forestry should be more vigorous.Based on guiding ideology of"lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets",the strategy of revitalizing the countryside,and the strategy of rejuvenating forests through science and technology,the construction of a modern characteristic forestry promotion model in Guangxi province-"Camellia oleifera Demonstration Zone"is proposed to expand the scale of Camellia oleifera Abel.cultivation,promote standardization of thoroughbred breeding,strengthen infrastructure construction,optimize the industrial structure,form an organization and management service system,and expand radiation development to surrounding areas.Led by the government and led by science and technology,systematic planning,standardized operation and management,and linkage of science,forestry,agriculture and tourism,the integrated development of the three industries is promoted.Adhering to the scientific,accurate,efficient and comprehensive,green and sustainable principle,the local forestry development of benchmarking is set up to provide the model answer for regional development and lead the industry development direction.Root is given priority to with core demonstration areas and regional characteristics of soil environment.The surrounding radiation opens a branch to leaf development.Modern forestry"big trees"is cultivated to implement"tree"into"forest"on a large scale.
