摘  要:为扩大生物质成型颗粒燃料的应用,设计了一种家用颗粒燃料取暖炉。该取暖炉采用滚筒式进料,进料量通过滚筒转速调节。燃烧烟气和采暖热风有各自独立的通道,烟气通过抽风装置排出室外,炉具燃烧室内燃料为负压燃烧,热风通过吹风机吹向室内。为使燃料充分燃烧,采用3次配风方式,在炉膛内可拆卸燃烧盒的不同部位开设通风孔。换热区装有多根铜管,并采用隔板等形式延长烟气换热时间,提高换热效率。通过试验研究确定了较优的燃烧盒结构和配风比例。In order to increase the application range of biomass molding pellet,a household heating stove is designed.The pellet fuel heating stove adopts a drum feeding method,and the feed amount is adjusted by the drum speed.The combustion flue gas and the hot air blowing into the room is using separate channels,the combustion flue gas is exhausted to make the combustion chamber negative pressure combustion,and the other channel uses air blowing to blow hot air into the room.In order to make the combustion fully,three times air distribution are used,and the ventilation holes are set in different parts of the removable combustion box.Partitions and multiple copper tubes are used in the heat exchange area to extend the travel time of the flue gas and then improve heat exchange efficiency.Finally,using experimental methods,a better combustion box structure and air distribution ratio were determined.
