摘  要:文章针对区域性燃煤耦合生物质机组,考虑生物质气化炉的安装成本与耦合机组的运行成本,以耦合前后节约标煤产生的经济收益、上网电价差产生的政策补贴收益以及减少污染物排放量产生的环境收益构成的综合效益最大为目标,建立了燃煤机组耦合生物质发电的生物质锅炉容量多目标规划模型,并采用考虑政策影响的负荷预测模型确定了规划的负荷边界。最后以某农村为实例,验证了所构建模型的有效性,并与投资生物质直燃发电进行了对比分析,结果表明,在该农村建设燃煤耦合生物质发电机组具有更好的综合效益。In this paper,for regional coal-fired coupled biomass units,with the objective of maximum the overall benefits consisting of economic benefits from the savings in standard coal before and after coupling,policy subsidy benefits from the difference in feed-in tariffs and environmental benefits from the reduction in pollutant emissions.the multi-objective planning of biomass boiler capacity for coal-fired units coupled with biomass power generation is established taking the installation cost of biomass gasifiers and the operating cost of the coupled units into account.A load forecasting model that takes into account the impact of policies is used to determine the load boundary of the plan.Finally,the validity of the constructed model is verified using a rural example,and a comparative analysis is carried out with investment in a direct biomass-fired power plant.the result showing that the construction of a coal-fired coupled biomass generating unit in this rural area offers better overall benefits.
