中医护理改善糖尿病合并骨折患者预后的效果

摘　　要：目的研究中医护理模式对改善糖尿病合并骨折患者预后的影响作用。方法选取该科在2018年6月—2019年6月收治的88例骨折患者,通过随机数表法分为两组,参照组(n=44)予以常规护理方式,研究组(n=44)予以中医护理干预,对比两组患者的血糖、并发症发生率、疼痛度、生活质量、骨折愈合时间以及护理满意度。结果研究组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖低于参照组,并发症发生率(4.55%)低于参照组(22.73%);研究组的VAS评估值低于参照组,QOL评分高于参照组,骨折愈合时间短于参照组;研究组的护理满意度(97.73%)也显著高于参照组(84.09%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为糖尿病合并骨折患者开展中医护理干预,对控制好血糖、减少相关并发症、加速骨折愈合具有重要帮助,并可改善患者生活质量、提升护理满意度,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode on improving the prognosis of patients with diabetes and fractures.Methods A total of 88 fracture patients admitted to the department from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The reference group(n=44)received routine nursing care,and the study group(n=44)was given TCM nursing intervention,to compare the blood glucose,complication rate,pain degree,quality of life,fracture healing time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results The fasting blood glucose and blood glucose 2 h after meal of the study group were lower than the reference group,and the complication rate(4.55%)was lower than that of the reference group(22.73%);the VAS evaluation value in the study was lower than the reference group,and the QOL score was higher than the reference group,the fracture healing time was shorter than that of the reference group;the nursing satisfaction of the study group(97.73%)was also significantly higher than that of the reference group(84.09%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention for patients with diabetes and fractures is of great help in controlling blood glucose,reducing related complications,and accelerating fracture healing.It can also improve the quality of life of patients and increase nursing satisfaction.It has high clinical promotion value.
