摘　　要：文章从数字档案资源开发基础、有效利用制度建设、利用需求、开发程度、提供利用、系统平台保障等六个方面,对辽宁地区城建档案馆数字档案资源有效利用现状进行了调研。调研结果显示,辽宁地区城建档案馆数字档案资源有效利用工作整体情况比较严峻,还存在很多需要解决的问题。文章提出夯实开发基础、持续加强制度建设、多方面做好开发工作、持续做好利用工作、加强平台建设等五个方面的应对措施。This paper investigates the current situation of the effective utilization of digital archives resources of the urban construction archives of Liaoning from six aspects:development basis of digital archives resources,construction of effective utilization system,demand of utilization,degree of development,provision&utilization,and security of system platform.The results show that the overall situation of the effective utilization of digital archives resources of the urban construction archives of Liaoning is grim,and there are still many problems to be solved.This paper puts forward five countermeasures:consolidating the basis of development,strengthening the system construction continuously,improving the resources development work in many aspects,doing a good job in the utilization work,strengthening the platform construction and so on.
