摘　　要：本文基于中国知网CNKI数据库中收录的7种档案学核心期刊在2010年至2019年刊登的论文数据,对企业档案工作者论文发表数量、作者单位分布、基金论文分布、关键词分布及趋势等进行了统计,并结合与期刊全部论文相关情况的对照,梳理了目前企业档案工作者核心期刊论文的发表现状及存在的问题,并分析了相关问题的原因。同时,在统计分析基础上,本文从企业档案工作者写作能力、核心期刊设置、企业引导、基金支持等方面提出了促进企业档案工作者高质量论文产出的建议。Based on the CNKI paper data of seven kinds of archival core journals published from 2010 to 2019,this paper makes statistics on the number of papers published by enterprise archivists,the distribution of author units,the distribution of fund papers,the distribution and trend of keywords.By comparing all the papers in the journals,the paper sorts out the current publication situation and problems of papers in core journals published by enterprise archivists,and analyzes the reasons for the relevant problems.At the same time,on the basis of statistical analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the high-quality paper output of enterprise archivists from the perspective of writing ability,core journal setting,enterprise guidance,fund support and so on.
