高体鳑鲏和麦穗鱼对不同颜色背景的选择偏好

摘　　要：将水族箱分成左右2等份,每部份为0.50 m×0.45 m×0.50 m,一侧为白色背景,另一侧用不同颜色的卡纸贴于箱外底部及背面,形成不同颜色的背景,在水深0.25 m的增氧曝气48 h自来水和自然光照下,研究全长3.4~5.3 cm的高体鳑鲏Rhodeus ocellatus和全长3.2~6.1 cm的麦穗鱼Pseudorasbora parva对不同颜色背景的选择偏好性。每天8:00~17:00随机从暂养缸中取1尾鱼从试验水族箱的中央部位,即2种背景颜色底部的分界线处放入,自由活动3~5 min后,在距离水族箱5 m外,连续观察20 min,用手机秒表软件记录其停留在白色背景和其他彩色背景中的时间。每尾鱼在每种彩色背景下仅测试1次。共测定14尾高体鳑鲏对红、橙、黄、绿、青、蓝和紫色等七种彩色的颜色背景的选择偏好性;测定35尾麦穗鱼对红、绿、蓝三种彩色背景的选择偏好性。结果显示:与白色背景相比,高体鳑鲏对绿色背景的时间选择显著较长(P<0.05),麦穗鱼对绿色和红色背景的时间选择更加显著较长(P<0.01),而它们对其他彩色背景与白色背景的时间选择无显著差异(P>0.05);它们对各彩色单色背景间的时间选择也没有显著差异(P>0.05)。这表明高体鳑鲏对绿色背景,麦穗鱼对绿色和红色背景有明显的选择偏好。Selection preference of rose bitterling(Rhodeus ocellatus)with total length of 3.4 cm to 5.3 cm and topmouth minnow(Pseudorasbora parva)with total length of 3.2 cm to 6.1 cm for different color backgrounds was investigated in a 0.50 m×0.45 m×0.50 m equally divided section of an aquarium with white background side and the other different color background side formed by covered with different color cardboard on the bottom and back of the outside of the aquarium containing aerated 0.25 m water depth tap water at natural light.One individual was randomly sampled from the holding tank and put it in the center of the test aquarium at the bottom of the two background colors,free activity for 3 min to 5 min,and then the periods(in minute)of rose bitterling and topmouth minnow staying on the white background and other colored backgrounds were recorded apart from the aquarium 5 m away by mobile phone stopwatch software for 20 min every day from 8:00 to 17:00.Each fish is tested only once on each colored background.The selection preference of rose bitterling for red,orange,yellow,green,cyan,blue,and purple backgrounds was determined in 14 samples and the selection preference of topmouth minnow for red,green and blue backgrounds were measured in 35 samples.The results showed that rose bitterling had significantly longer period on the green background compared with on the white background(P<0.05),while topmouth minnow had significantly longer period on red and green backgrounds than that in white-background(P<0.01),without significant differences in staying period between the other color-backgrounds and white-backgrounds(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the staying period for color selection on monochrome color backgrounds(P>0.05),indicating that rose bitterling has clear preference for green background,and topmouth minnow shows preference for green and red backgrounds.
