摘 要:将平均体质量(5.42±0.23)g的大竹蛏Solen grandis放在密闭呼吸瓶中,测定盐度22、25、28、31和34,温度20℃、23℃、26℃、29℃和32℃及pH7、7.5、8、8.5和9条件下的耗氧率与排氨率,用响应面法比较不同条件下呼吸及代谢状态的差异。结果表明:(1)在一定范围内大竹蛏耗氧率及排氨率随盐度、温度和pH的升高而增加,超过一定范围,大竹蛏耗氧率及排氨率随盐度、温度和pH的增加而降低;(2)通过响应面法优化,大竹蛏耗氧率及排氨率最高时的条件为:盐度28.13,温度25.89℃,pH7.25,此条件下大竹蛏的耗氧率及排氨率分别为0.45 mg·g^(-1)·h^(-1)和37.42μg·g^(-1)·h^(-1)。The oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate were determined in razor clam Solen grandis with body weight of(5.42±0.23)g placed in a closed breathing bottle at salinity of 22,25,28,31 and 34,water temperature of 20℃,23℃,26℃,29℃,and 32℃and pH 7,7.5,8,8.5 and 9,respectively,and compared by response surface methodology to compare the differences in respiration and metabolic status under different conditions.It was found that the oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of the razor clam were increased with the increase in salinity,temperature and pH within a certain range,and that they were decreased with the increase in salinity,temperature and pH beyond the certain scope.The response surface methodology optimization analysis revealed that the maximal oxygen consumption rate(0.45 mg·g^(-1)·h^(-1))and ammonia excretion rate(37.42μg·g^(-1)·h^(-1))were observed in the razor clam exposed to salinity of 28.13,temperature of 25.89℃,and pH of 7.25.
