国内主动呼吸循环技术的文献分析及SCI相关文献热点的可视化研究

摘　　要：目的探讨国内外主动呼吸循环技术的研究现况和相关文献的研究热点。方法在CNKI、万方数据库、维普以及中国生物医学数据库中检索建库至2020年10月11日的中文文献,分析文献的发表年份、地区、机构、作者数、基金支持、研究类型及内容等;在Web of Science的核心合集中进行SCI文献检索,利用CiteSpace软件对文献关键词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入中文文献52篇,2015—2020年发文量总体呈上升趋势;刊文数量最多的前6位期刊中,50%为护理核心期刊;文献类型以平行对照试验研究居多(48.08%,25/52)。SCI文献的高频关键词有囊性纤维化、胸部物理治疗等。结论近年来主动呼吸循环技术在我国的关注度逐渐增加,研究对象由慢性呼吸系统疾病患者扩展到外科术后患者群体,但仍缺乏针对该技术的高质量和长期性的研究,今后应充分拓展研究的广度和深度,加强交流合作。Objective To explore the research status of active cycle of breathing technique in China and abroad and the research hotspots of science citation index(SCI)literature.Methods We searched for Chinese literature in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WanFang Database,VIP and China Biological Medicine Database from the database establishment to October 11,2020.We analyzed the publication year of literature,region,institution,number of authors,fund support,research type and content.SCI literature was retrieved in the core collection of Web of Science,and CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the keywords of literature.Results A total of 52 Chinese documents were included,and the number of articles published from 2015 to 2020 was on the rise.Among the top 6 journals with the largest number of publications,50%were core nursing journals.The majority of the document types were parallel controlled trials(48.08%,25/52).Highfrequency keywords in SCI literature included cystic fibrosis,chest physical therapy,and so on.Conclusions In recent years,the attention of active cycle of breathing technique in China has gradually increased,and the research objects have expanded from patients with chronic respiratory diseases to patients after surgery,but there is still a lack of high-quality and long-term research on this technology.In the future,the breadth and depth of research should be fully expanded,and exchanges and cooperation should be strengthened.
