基于文献计量法的青年人才科研发展趋势评价--以北京大学肿瘤医院为例

摘　　要：目的评价北京大学肿瘤医院青年人才科研发展趋势。方法检索2010-2019年医院青年人员以第一或通讯作者发表的论文,采用文献计量法对医院青年人才的科技产出进行分析评价。结果医院近10年论文产出显著提高,数量由149篇增长至402篇,论文质量也有明显提升,其中SCI论文对于数量增长的贡献较大,影响因子星逐年递增趋势。结论医院青年人才科研能力近年来显著提升,且形成了一些优势学科,医院层面应加强基础与临床的结合,加强学科建设,重视青年人才培养策略,管理部门应正确认识科技评价的意义,合理利用论文导向,促进青年人才发展。Objective To evaluate the sienti research development trened of young taleats in Cancer Hospital of Peking Universiy.Methods The papers published by the young talents in the hospital as first or corresponding author from 2010 to 2019 were retrieved and analyzed,biblioetrie method was used to evaluate the scientifie and tehnologia output of young talents in the hospial,Resuts In the past 10 years,the number of papers increased from 149 to 402,and the quality of papers also improved sgificantly.SCI papers contibuted a lot to the growth of the number,and its impact factors increased year by year.Conclusions In recent years,the scientifice reserch ability of young talents in hospital has been sgnifiantly improved,and some advantageous disciplines have been formed.At the hospital level,we should strengthen the combination of basic science and elinical medicine,strengthen the discipline construction,and attch importance to the strategy of young talents train-ing.The mangement department should pay more attention to the significance of scientific and technological evaluation,mak-ing appropriate considerations of paper publication,and promote the development of young talents.
