基于机构文献计量分析的医院图书馆学科服务探索--以某三甲医院骨科学科为例

摘　　要：目的通过对2010-2019年某三甲医院骨科学科SCI论文进行分析,探索医院图书馆学科服务。方法以Web of Science为数据来源,应用可视化工具,对近10年某三甲医院骨科学科被SCI收录的论文进行分析,包括年度发展趋势高质量论文热门期刊、作者和机构地区合作及研究热点等,展现学科的科研发展态势。结果某三甲医院骨科学科的SCI论文产出发展态势良好,核心作者分布呈亚专业聚类,研究热点具有创新性,但存在高质量论文有待增加、合作论文不多等问题。结论基于SCI论文文献计量结果,以促进学科发展为目标,提出建立协同机制、整合学科资源.开展情报服务及建设学科馆员队伍的医院图书馆学科服务体系。Objctive To analyze the subjiet serie of hosptal lbrary based on biblioetrie analysis of the scI papers published by the department of orthopaedics of a third-grade cass-A hospital.Methods According to the data from Web of Science,the SCI papers published by the department of orthopaedics of a third grade classaA hospital in the rcente ten years were rtrieved,annua!increasig trend,high quality articles,source,author,department,region and Tesearch hotspot were analyzed by Visualization Tools to explore the development trend of scenifi research in the discipline.Resuts The output of SCI papers was devloping well and the core authors were clustering acording to sub disciplinaryr.The reserch hotspots were innovative.However,there were stil problems ineluding lack of high quality SCI papers,as well as coperation.Conclusons Based on the bimetrte results of SCI papers,with the goa!of promoting the development of dsciplies,this paper proposed to establish a cllaborative mechanism,integrate dseipline resurces,develop nformation servicse,and build a discipine serv-ice system for the hospital library.
