摘 要:基于多产中间馏分油的市场需求,中国石化大连(抚顺)石油化工研究院(FRIPP)开发了FDC单段两剂多产中间馏分油加氢裂化技术及配套FF-46加氢精制催化剂和FC-14加氢裂化催化剂。该技术及配套催化剂级配体系在150万t·a^(-1)加氢裂化装置上的工业应用情况表明,装置工艺流程简单,原料适应性强,操作灵活性高,产品分布合理,产品质量优异,同时两种催化剂的级配使用可以协同发挥优势,催化剂运转周期长,中间馏分油的收率高,航煤和柴油产品的总收率可以达到73.0%,为炼油厂带来了良好的经济效益。FDC single stage two-catalysts hydrocracking technology and FF-46 hydrofining catalyst and FC-14 hydrocracking catalyst were developed by FRIPP in order to meet the demand for more mid-distillates. The industrial application of this technology and supporting catalyst grading system in 1.5 Mt·a^(-1) hydrocracking unit data was analyzed.The results showed that FDC technology had simple process, strong adaptability to feedstock, high operational flexibility, excellent product quality and reasonable distribution.At the same time, the gradation of the two catalysts could give full play to their respective advantages, so the unit had a long operation cycle and high yield of mid-distillate. Finally, the total yield of jet fuel and diesel reached 73.0%, which brought considerable economic benefits to the refinery.
