摘  要:定期对热交换器管道内部结垢物进行有效去除是提高换热效率和减少腐蚀发生的重要措施。草酸是一种很有效的清洗成分。通过开路电位、动电位极化、电化学阻抗等测试方法,考察了2205双相不锈钢在1%~6%草酸溶液中的腐蚀行为,以及苯甲酸钠对2205双相不锈钢在草酸溶液中的缓蚀作用。结果表明:随着草酸浓度的逐渐增大,草酸对2205双相不锈钢的腐蚀性逐渐增强,但当草酸溶液中加入适量的苯甲酸钠以后,可以减缓2205双相不锈钢的腐蚀速度。It is an important measure to remove the fouling in the heat exchanger pipe to improve the heat exchange efficiency and reduce the corrosion. Oxalic acid(C_(7)H_(5)NaO_(2)) is a very effective cleaning component. In this paper, the corrosion behavior of 2205 duplex stainless steel in 1% ~6% oxalic acid solution and the inhibition effect of sodium benzoate on 2205 duplex stainless steel in oxalic acid were investigated by open circuit potential, potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance(EIS). The results showed that corrosion rate of 2205 duplex stainless steel in C_(7)H_(5)NaO_(2) solution increased gradually with increasing of C_(7)H_(5)NaO_(2) mass fraction, but the corrosion rate of 2205 duplex stainless steel was slowed down by adding proper amount of sodium benzoate into C_(7)H_(5)NaO_(2) solution.
