摘 要:以甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)作为阳离子单体,以丙烯酸甲酯作为疏水单体(MA),以丙烯酰胺(AM)为共聚单体,以亚硫酸氢钠和过硫酸铵为常温复合引发剂,以过硫酸铵为高温引发剂,通过溶液聚合制备疏水缔合型阳离子聚丙烯酰胺。通过红外光谱检测分析其结构,结果表明在两种引发体系下生成的聚合物都为AM、DMC和MA的三元共聚物;通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)对其组成和物理性质进行探讨,三元共聚物在70~160℃之间发生玻璃化转变,AM链段在286℃左右发生分解;讨论了不同种类引发剂和不同量引发剂条件下合成的聚合物的黏度,随着引发剂量的增加,聚合物溶液黏度增大,而复合引发体系的低转化率导致其溶液黏度较低。Methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC) was used as a cationic monomer, methyl acrylate was used as a hydrophobic monomer, at room temperature, sodium bisulfite and ammonium persulfate were used as a redox initiator compound, ammonium persulfate was used as initiator under the high temperature, hydrophobic associating cationic polyacrylamide was synthesized in a non-aqueous solution polymerization. Its structure was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that synthesized polymer was AM, DMC and methyl acrylate terpolymer under different initiator systems. Then its composition and physical properties were discussed by TGA and differential scanning calorimetry. The results showed that a glass transition of polymer occurred between 70 ℃ and 160 ℃, PAM decomposition occurred at about 286 ℃. Finally, the viscosity of each sample synthesized by different types of initiator and varying amounts of initiator was measured. The results showed that,with the increasing of initiator dosage, the viscosity of the polymer solution increased, complex initiation system resulted in a lower solution viscosity due to the low conversion rate.
