摘  要:根据空冷器使用特点及空冷器布置规范,首先对其业内布置基本要求进行介绍。考虑空冷器的换热效率,空冷器顶部放空口须高于空冷器至少0.5m,另外空冷器应避开操作温度≥250℃的设备,且空冷器年最小风频上风侧20~25 m范围内应避免设有高于空冷器的装置。根据空冷器的布置特点,空冷器附属管道管径一般为40 mm或者50 mm,且应对称安装。将管口设计为DN150,按照集合管横截面积和与分支管横截面积总和比值为1.5,进出口集合管的管径为DN450,二级集合管的管径至少为DN750。采用Pipeline模拟可得进口各管道物料流量均匀,最大的正负偏流体积量为1.21%和-1.62%,偏流在允许范围内,设置符合实际运行工作要求。本研究成果可为空冷器及其管道的安全高效运行提供保障。According to the use characteristics of air cooler and the layout specification of air cooler, the basic requirements of air cooler layout in the industry were introduced. Considering the heat transfer efficiency of the air cooler, the air outlet at the top of the air cooler should be at least 0.5 m higher than that of the air cooler, in addition, the air cooler should avoid the equipment with an operating temperature ≥ 250 ℃, and the equipment higher than the air cooler should be avoided within the range of 20 m to 25 m on the upwind side of the annual minimum air frequency of the air cooler. According to the layout characteristics of the air cooler, the auxiliary pipe diameter of the air cooler is generally 40 mm or 50 mm and should be installed symmetrically. The pipe mouth should be DN150, When the ratio of the cross-sectional area of the collecting pipe to the cross-sectional area of the branch pipe is 1.5, the diameter of the inlet and outlet collecting pipe should be DN450, and the diameter of the secondary collecting pipe should be at least DN750. By using Pipeline simulation, it was pointed out that the material flow of each imported pipeline was uniform, and the maximum positive and negative bias flow were 1.21% and-1.62%. The bias flow was within the allowable range, and the setting met the requirements of the actual operation. The research results can provide a guarantee for the safe and efficient operation of the air cooler and its pipes.
