摘　　要：针对润滑脂配方中需要考虑的指标多且离散程度大等问题,提出利用区间犹豫模糊ELECTRE法,对重质碳酸钙粉体加工设备专用脂的基础油进行筛选评价。以碳酸钙粉体加工设备中轴承润滑脂为例,根据轴承的工作特点以及轴承对润滑脂所要求的性能,确定油溶性聚醚作为润滑脂基础油,配以适量添加剂,研制出碳酸钙粉体设备中轴承的专用润滑脂。经过理化分析和相关实验室台架试验,该专用脂具有良好的极压抗磨、承载、热稳定性、抗氧化安定性、抗水性、抗腐蚀、防锈性等特点。Aiming at the large dispersion degree and more index requirements in the grease formulation comprehensive evaluation,the interval hesitant fuzzy ELECTRE method was proposed to screen and evaluate the base oil of the special grease for heavy calcium carbonate powder processing equipment. Taking the bearing grease in the calcium carbonate powder processing equipment as an example, according to the working characteristics of the bearing and the performance required by the bearing for the grease, the oil soluble polyether was determined as the base oil of the grease, and the special grease for the bearing in the calcium carbonate powder equipment was developed by adding appropriate amount of additives. Through physical and chemical analysis and related laboratory bench tests showed that, the special grease had good extreme pressure, anti-wear bearing, thermal stability, anti-oxidation safety, water resistance, corrosion resistance, rust resistance and other characteristics.
