摘 要:积雪草酸是一种五环三萜化合物,是从传统的药用草本植物积雪草中分离出来的。和其他五环三萜类化合物一样,积雪草酸具有多种有前途的药理活性,如肝保护、抗炎、抗氧化和抗肿瘤活性。研究表明,积雪草酸在体外对各种肿瘤细胞系有效,AA的结构修饰可以提高其抗肿瘤活性,使其成为可行的治疗癌症的策略。对积雪草酸的结构修饰主要集中在C-2、C-3、C-23、C-28进行结构改造从而提高其抗肿瘤活性。本文对积雪草酸及其衍生物的抗肿瘤活性的研究进展进行综述,并对其将来的研究方向进行展望。Asiatic acid is a pentacyclic triterpene compound, which is isolated from the traditional medicinal herb Centella asiatica. Like other pentacyclic triterpenoids, asiatic acid has a variety of promising pharmacological activities, such as liver protection, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-tumor activities. The studies have shown that asiatic acid is effective on various tumor cell lines in vitro. The structural modification of AA can improve its anti-tumor activity, making it a feasible strategy for cancer treatment. The structural modification of asiatic acid is mainly focused on C-2, C-3, C-23 and C-28 to improve its anti-tumor activity. In this article, the research progress of anti-tumor activities of asiatic acid and its derivatives was reviewed, and its future research directions were prospected.
