摘　　要：目的:了解经皮冠状动脉支架植入术(coronary artery stent implantation,CASI)术后患者锻炼行动自我效能的现状,并分析其影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取2020年5—8月在山东省某三级甲等医院心内科门诊复诊的CASI术后患者作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、锻炼行动自我效能量表、锻炼阶段诊断量表、心脏病患者运动恐惧量表、锻炼社会支持量表对其进行调查。结果:CASI术后患者的锻炼行动自我效能量表得分为(8.32±3.42)分,处于低等水平。多重线性回归分析结果显示,门诊随访频率、运动恐惧和锻炼社会支持是CASI术后患者锻炼行动自我效能的影响因素(P<0.05),共解释总变异的50.9%。结论:CASI术后患者锻炼行动自我效能处于低等水平,受多种因素影响。建议临床医护人员加强针对性的锻炼指导,以提高患者锻炼行动自我效能,促进患者的锻炼行为。Objective To understand the current status of exercise self-efficacy of patients after percutaneous coronary artery stent implantation(CASI)and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Using the convenient sampling method,CASI postoperative patients who revisited in Department of Cardiology of a ClassⅢGrade A hospital in Shandong Province from May to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.The general information questionnaire,Exercise Self-Efficacy Scale,Exercise Behavior Stage Scale,The Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia Heart(TSK-SV Heart)and Exercise Social Support Scale(ESSS)were used to investigate them.Results After CASI,the score of Exercise Self-Efficacy Scale of patients was(8.32±3.42),which was at a low level.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the frequency of outpatient follow-up,fear of exercise and social support of exercise were the influencing factors of exercise self-efficacy in patients after CASI(P<0.05),which accounted for 50.9%of the total variation.Conclusions The exercise self-efficacy of patients after CASI is at a low level,which is affected by many factors.It is recommended that clinical medical staff strengthen targeted exercise guidance to improve exercise self-efficacy of patients and promote exercise behaviors of patients.
