摘　　要：目的:了解安宁疗护研究领域科研合作网络现状、发展规律及其研究内容。方法:收集1900—2020年ISI Web of Science平台发布的安宁疗护文献,应用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件对发文作者、机构、国家或地区、基金资助机构的科研合作网络特征、研究内容进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入2122篇安宁疗护文献,纳入的首篇文献见于1977年第11期的American Journal of Nursing。1977—2020年安宁疗护研究领域发文量呈现稳步增长趋势,且科研合作是该领域的主流研究模式。美国学者及科研机构发文量较多,其在科研合作网络中的地位优势较为稳固。发文量居前3名的作者依次为Lindley(34篇)、Demiris(33篇)和Oliver(30篇),发文量居前3名的机构依次为华盛顿大学(77篇)、宾夕法尼亚大学(64篇)和布朗大学(59篇)。美国国立癌症研究所基金项目资助的文献较多,为842篇(39.68%)。研究内容主要涉及卫生保健服务,其中公共环境与职业健康的研究热度较高。结论:在安宁疗护研究领域的科研合作网络中,美国的跨团队、跨地域及跨学科性研究网络稳固,呈持续发展性,其科研合作网络模式及研究结果可供其他国家的相关学者和机构借鉴及参考应用。人群卫生健康服务的研究受到相关学者的广泛关注。Objective To explore the current status,development rules and research content of the research cooperation network in the field of hospice care.Methods Literature on hospice care published on the ISI Web of Science from 1900 to 2020 was retrieved.CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used to visually analyze the characteristics of the research cooperation network,such as the authors,institutions,countries or regions,and funding institutions,as well as the research content.Results A total of 2122 articles on hospice care were included,and the first article included was published in the 11th issue of American Journal of Nursing in 1977.From 1977 to 2020,the number of articles published in the field of hospice care research showed a steady increase,and scientific research cooperation was the mainstream research mode in this field.American scholars and scientific research institutions published many papers,and their position in the research cooperation network was relatively stable.The top 3 authors who had published articles were Lindley(34 articles),Demiris(33 articles)and Oliver(30 articles).The top 3 publishing organizations were the University of Washington(77 articles),the University of Pennsylvania(64 articles)and Brown University(59 articles).There were many articles funded by the National Cancer Institute Fund Project of American,with 842 articles(39.68%).The research content mainly involved health care services,and the research on public environment and occupational health was very popular.Conclusions In the field of hospice care research cooperation network,the cross-team,cross-regional,and cross-disciplinary research network in the United States is stable and sustainable.Its research cooperation network model and research results can be used for reference by related scholars and institutions in other countries.The research on population health services has received extensive attention from related scholars.
