摘　　要：目的:为建立药物市场价值评估体系,对药物研发及产业化投资提供合理的参考意见。方法:在文献研究与专家访谈的基础上,选取18个测量指标构建评价体系,采用因子分析法进行降维处理提取公因子,计算综合得分。结果:开发团队因子、药物评价因子、市场格局因子、社会政策环境因子是通过降维处理后得到的4个关键因子。结论:开发团队是药物市场价值评估的最重要一环,拥有一支高水平的开发团队可极大提升药企的行业竞争力,建议投资者在进行投资决策时,充分考虑开发团队因素。Objective:To establish an evaluation system of drug market value and to provide reasonable reference opinions for drug R&D and industrialization investment.Methods:Based on literature research and expert interviews,18 measurement indicators were selected to construct an evaluation system,and factor analysis was adopted.The common factor was extracted by dimensionality reduction and the comprehensive score was calculated accordingly.Results:The factors of development team,drug evaluation,market pattern,and social policy environment are the 4 key factors obtained after dimensionality reduction.Conclusion:The development team is the most important part of market value evaluation.It will greatly enhance the competitiveness of pharmaceutical companies to built a development team in appropriate level.Investors are suggested to fully consider the development team factors when making investment decisions.
