八珍益母胶囊联合米非司酮治疗宫内妊娠物残留临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察八珍益母胶囊联合米非司酮治疗宫内妊娠物残留(IPR)的临床疗效。方法:选取74例IPR患者,按随机对照原则分成对照组和观察组,每组37例。对照组给予米非司酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合八珍益母胶囊治疗,2组均连续治疗2周。比较2组临床疗效、阴道出血时间、住院时间、宫内残留物排出率。结果:观察组总有效率为97.30%,高于对照组的83.78%(P<0.05)。观察组阴道出血时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组宫内残留物排出率为94.59%,高于对照组的81.08%(P<0.05)。结论:八珍益母胶囊联合米非司酮治疗IPR,可有效改善患者的临床症状,缩短阴道出血时间及住院时间,促进宫内残留物排出。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bazhen Yimu capsules combined with mifepristone for intrauterine pregnancy residues(IPR).Methods:A total of 74 cases of IPR patients were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the randomized controlled principle,37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the observation group was additionally treated with Bazhen Yimu capsules based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for two weeks.The clinical effect,vaginal bleeding time,hospitalization time and excretion rate of intrauterine residues in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 97.30%in the observation group,higher than that of 83.78%in the control group(P<0.05).The vaginal bleeding time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excretion rate of intrauterine residues was 94.59%in the observation group,higher than that of 81.08%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Bazhen Yimu capsules combined with mifepristone for IPR can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,shorten the vaginal bleeding time and hospitalization time,and promote the discharge of intrauterine residues.
