中医综合护理对泌尿外科手术焦虑患者情绪及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中医综合护理对泌尿外科手术焦虑患者情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:将泌尿外科手术焦虑患者110例按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各55例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上联合中医综合护理进行干预。比较2组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、生活质量调查问卷(QLQ-C30)评分及护理满意度情况。结果:入院时,2组SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后14 d,2组SAS评分均低于入院时(P<0.05),且观察组的SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。入院时,2组QLQ-C30各项评分及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后14 d,2组QLQ-C30各项评分及总分均较入院时升高(P<0.05),且观察组各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为94.55%,对照组为80.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理的基础上,联合中医综合护理对泌尿外科手术焦虑患者进行干预,能明显改善其焦虑情绪,提高生活质量及护理满意度。Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing on emotions and quality of life in patients with anxiety undergoing urology surgery.Methods:A total of 110 cases of patients with anxiety undergoing urology surgery were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was additionally intervened with Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing based on the treatment of the control group.The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Quality of Life Questionnaire(QLQ-C30)as well as the nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results:On admission,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the SAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).14 days after surgery,the SAS scores in the two groups were lower than those on admission(P<0.05),and the SAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).On admission,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of each score and the total scores in QLQ-C30 between the two groups(P>0.05).14 days after surgery,each score and the total scores in QLQ-C30 in the two groups were increased when compared with those on admission(P<0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction was 94.55%in the observation group and 80.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on routine nursing,the intervention of Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing for patients with anxiety undergoing urology surgery can significantly improve their anxiety,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
