清化湿热法治疗螨虫皮炎浅谈

摘　　要：螨虫皮炎是农村夏秋季节门诊常见的皮科疾患之一,通过对患者的发病季节和年龄进行统计发现,螨虫皮炎的发病以每年5—9月农村儿童、青少年为主,与“湿热阴毒”的气候环境因素密切相关。笔者采用清化湿热法配合艾肤煎液内外结合治疗效果满意。并对中医教材将螨虫皮炎笼统归类到“虫咬皮炎”章节,提出了商榷意见,建议再版《中医皮肤病学》《中医病证诊断疗效标准》对螨虫皮炎单列章节,中医命名规范以“谷草痒证”为妥。Mite dermatitis is one of the common dermatologic diseases in rural clinics in summer and autumn.Through the statistics of the onset season and age of patients,it was found that the incidence of mite dermatitis was mainly among rural children and adolescents from May to September each year,which was closely related to the climate and environment factors of"damp,heat and yin toxin."We used interior and exterior treatment of damp-heat clearing method combined with decoction of moxa,and its effect was satisfactory.We also put forward some opinions on the classification of mite dermatitis into the section of"insect bite dermatitis"in textbooks of Chinese medicine.It is suggested to make a separate section of mite dermatitis in Dermatology of Chinese Medicine and Criteria for Diagnosis and Therapeutic Effect of Diseases and Syndromes of Chinese Medicine,and its proper standard name should be"itchy syndrome of millet and grass".
