摘 要:针对目前我国高炉炼铁技术发展面临的困局,阐述了智能制造和绿色制造对未来高炉炼铁发展的重要性。结合国内外高炉炼铁智能制造和绿色制造实践,阐明集中管控、远程运维、专家系统、机器人及视觉识别、北斗导航、5G技术等是高炉炼铁智能制造的发展方向,大力采用富氢冶炼、全氧冶炼、天然气喷吹、高炉煤气尾气自循环等是高炉炼铁绿色制造的发展方向。The importance of intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing in the development of BF ironmaking is expounded to address the development difficulty of BF ironmaking technology in China.Based on the practice of intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing in BF ironmaking:home and abroad,it is considered that application of centralized control,remote operation and maintenance,expert systems,robots and visual recognition,Beiclou navigation and 5G technologies in BF ironmaking represents the intelligent manufacturing development direction of BF ironmaking,while application of hydrogen-enriched smelting,full oxygen smelting,natural gas injection,and self-circulation of BF off-gas represents the green manufacturing development directions of blast furnace ironmaking.
