摘　　要：在吸取以往经验的基础上,宝钢2号高炉炉体喷补在施工准备、降料线控制、喷涂施工和送风恢复等各个环节,准备工作充分、过程控制合理,实现了降料线安全受控、施工环节质量有保证和送风顺利恢复的预期目标。特别是为满足新的环保要求,降低炉顶煤气温度而增加的新水不可直接排放,需暂存后再处理,因此采取了一些优化改进措施。在降料线过程中,环缝新水用量从以往的12000t以上,大幅降低至3000t以下,顺利实现了新环保排放要求的目标。After sufficient preparation and adequate process control in operations of refractory gunning,stockline lowering and reblowing of Baosteel No.2,BF body based on the experience accumulated before,and safe stockline lowering,high quality refractory gunning and smooth re-blowing have been achieved as planned.Some optimization measures are taken to meet the new environmental protection requirements,that the fresh water which is used additionally for decreasing the top gas temperature cannot be discharged directly after usage,instead,it shall be collected and treated.The amount of fresh water used by the annular gap scrubbing system during stockline lowering operation is reduced greatly from over 12000 t:before to less than 30001,meeting the discharge requirements in the new environmental protection regulation.
