摘  要:对京唐1号高炉三铁口出铁试验进行了总结。三铁口出铁试验取得成功,不仅得益于前期制订了详细的方案,还得益于炉内采用高球团矿比生产后,渣铁比的降低减轻了对冲渣的影响。死料堆洁净指数及炉芯温度指标的变化表明,三铁口出铁有利于改善炉缸活跃度。但是,由于三铁口出铁试验较短,尚不能证明三铁口出铁能减轻铁水环流。三铁口出铁能否减缓对炉缸炭砖的侵蚀,还有待长时间数据积累佐证。A summary is made on the test of 3-taphole tapping system of Shougang Jingtang Steel's No.1 BF.The success of.the test is not only attributive to the detailed test plan prepared,but also high percentage of pellet charged in the furnace,which lowers the slag rate,thus reducing the impact on the slag granulation.The changes in DCI and BF core temperature indicate that 3-taphole tapping system is propitious to improving the activity of the hearth.However,there is no enough evident that proves 3-taphole tapping system can abate the HM circulating flow at BF edge because the test time is short.Whether the 3-taphole tapping system can lessen the erosion of the hearth carbon bricks need to be proved though large data accumulated.
