摘 要:目的探讨基于适应行为商数(ADQ)指导下的分层健康行为训练对学龄期癫痫患儿适应行为及希望水平的影响。方法选择2018年5月至2020年4月我院收治的学龄期癫痫患儿106例,采用随机数字表法分为试验组54例和对照组52例。对照组给予包括用药管理、健康生活方式、人际交往等常规健康行为训练,试验组实施基于ADQ指导下的分层健康行为训练。训练6个月,比较两组患儿适应行为、ADQ分级、希望水平等指标。结果试验组学龄期癫痫患儿独立功能因子、认知功能因子、社会/自制因子、ADQ高于对照组(P<0.05);ADQ分级正常儿90.74%高于对照组73.08%(χ^(2)=5.618,P<0.05);对现实与未来的积极态度、采取的积极行为、与他人保持亲密的关系、希望量表(HHI)总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于ADQ指导下的分层健康行为训练有助于提高学龄期癫痫患儿适应行为,促进希望水平的养成。Objective To investigate the effect of stratified health behavior training guided by adaptive quotient(ADQ)on adaptive behavior and hope level in school-age children with epilepsy.Methods One hundred and sixschool-age children with epilepsy from May 2018 to 2020 were divided into experiment group(n=54)and control group(n=52)by using random number table method.The control group was given routine health behavior training including medication management,healthy lifestyle and interpersonal communication.The experiment group was given stratified health behavior training based on ADQ guidance.After 6 months of training,adaptive behavior,ADQ classification and hope level were compared between the two groups.Results The independent function factor,cognitive function factors,social/self-made factor,and ADQ in the experimentgroup were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the experiment group,there were 90.74%of children with normal ADQ grade,which was higher than 73.08%of the control group(χ^(2)=5.618,P<0.05).Positive attitude towards reality and future,positive behaviors,maintaining close relationships with others and Herth hope index(HHI)score in the experiment group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stratified health behavior training based on ADQ improves the adaptive behavior of school-age children with epilepsy,and promotes the development of the level of hope.
