摘 要:量化乌山铜钼矿不利于选矿的黏土类矿物种类、含量及空间分布,以达到提高选矿回收率的目的。基于大规模地表取样、钻孔岩芯的近红外光谱分析以及铜、钼品位数据库,结合克里格插值法建立了包含黏土类矿物质的三维地质资源模型,利用该模型可精确控制每日供矿中的黏土类矿物质。结果显示:通过利用三维物理性质模式优化配矿方案,严格控制每日云母的综合含量,保证了选厂指标稳定,提高了选矿回收率。铜回收率提高至87.97%,钼回收率提高至71.55%,铜钼分离药剂单耗下降到0.30 kg/t,处理量稳定于8.5万t/d。In order to improve the recovery rate of mineral processing,the types,contents and spatial distribution of clay minerals unfavorable for mineral processing in Wushan Copper-Molybdenum Mine quantified.Based on large-scale surface sampling,near-infrared spectroscopy analysis of drilling cores,and copper and molybdenum grade database,combined with Kriging interpolation method,a three-dimensional geological resource model containing clay minerals was established,which can accurately control clay minerals in daily ore supply.The results show that the ore blending scheme is optimized by using the three-dimensional physical property model,and the comprehensive content of daily mica is strictly controlled,which ensures the stability of the plant index and improves the recovery rate of mineral processing.The copper recovery rate increased to 87.97%,and the molybdenum recovery rate increased to 71.55%.The unit consumption of copper-molybdenum separation reagent decreased to 0.30 kg/t,and the treatment capacity was stable at 85 kt/d.
