摘　　要：目前广东省非法采矿、破坏性采矿资源储量检测报告的编制有完善的提纲规定,但是部分报告的编制存在共性问题。通过总结评审经验提出:在储量估算方面要注意收集历史不同时期的地形,有针对性地选择估算方法;在矿体评价方面要灵活采用评价方法,综合考虑选场矿石、围岩残留矿、现场存放的矿产品品位,提高矿产资源储量估算的可信度;并注意评价非法开采形成的副产品,区分覆盖层与矿体界限,提高物价报告中标的物名称、规格与实际矿产品的一致性,保证量价对应。通过这些方法的总结和应用,可提高检测报告的编制质量和效率,有效减少矿产资源储量的估算误差,提高对犯罪行为处罚依据的科学性和准确性,保护矿产资源所有者权益。At present,there are perfect outline provisions for the preparation of the reserves detection report of illegal mining and destructive mining resources in Guangdong Province,but there are common problems in the preparation of some reports.By summarizing the evaluation experience,it is proposed that in the estimation of reserves,attention should be paid to the collection of terrain in different historical periods and the selection of estimation methods.In the evaluation of ore bodies,the evaluation method should be flexibly adopted,and the grade of ore in the dressing field,residual ore in the surrounding rock,and mineral products stored in the field should be comprehensively considered,so as to improve the reliability of mineral resources reserves estimation.Pay attention to the evaluation of by-products formed by illegal mining,distinguish the boundary between overburden and ore body,improve the consistency of the name and specification of the subject matter in the price report with the actual mineral products,and ensure the corresponding quantity and price.Through the summary and application of these methods,the quality and efficiency of the compilation of test reports can be improved,the estimation error of mineral resource reserves can be effectively reduced,the scientificity and accuracy of the punishment basis for criminal acts can be improved,and the rights and interests of mineral resource owners can be protected.
