摘  要:贵州某湿法炼锌厂浸锌渣中主要有价金属元素为锌、铁、铅,含量分别为15.41%、9.68%、2.33%,主要非金属元素S、Si含量分别为11.64%、13.67%;锌主要为ZnS,铁酸锌和硅酸锌少量,铁主要以FeS形式存在。为从该二次资源中高效提取锌、铁开展了试验研究,结果表明,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm占93.67%,氧分压0.8 MPa,硫酸浓度140 g/L,液固比4∶1,浸出温度160℃,浸出时间90 min,木质素磺酸钙与浸锌渣的质量比0.3%,搅拌转速800 r/min情况下,对该浸锌渣进行氧压酸浸,锌浸出率96.58%、铁浸出率60.47%,该方法可为浸锌渣的高效综合回收利用提供依据。The main valuable metal elements in the zinc leaching slag of a wet zinc smelting plant in Guizhou are zinc,iron,and lead,the contents of which are 15.41%,9.68%,and 2.33%respectively,and the contents of the main non-metallic elements S and Si are 11.64%and 13.67%respectively;Zinc is mainly ZnS,a small amount of zinc ferrite and zinc silicate,and iron mainly exists in the form of FeS.In order to efficiently extract zinc and iron from this secondary resource,experimental research was carried out.The results show that the grinding fineness is-0.074 mm accounting for 93.67%,the oxygen partial pressure is 0.8 MPa,the sulfuric acid concentration is 140 g/L,the liquid-solid ratio is 4∶1,the leaching temperature is 160℃,and the leaching time is 90 min.The mass ratio of calcium to zinc leaching slag is 0.3%and the stirring speed is 800 r/min.The zinc leaching rate is 96.58%and iron leaching rate is 60.47%.This method can provide basis for efficient and comprehensive recycling zinc leaching slag.
