无捕收剂高效浮选陕西某高金多金属硫化矿石试验

摘　　要：陕西某高金多金属硫化矿石金品位5.78 g/t,有综合回收价值的伴生铜、铅、硫、银品位分别为0.22%、0.28%、3.05%、6.75 g/t;金主要以裸露及半裸露形式存在,铜、铅均以硫化相为主;矿石中自然金以粗粒为主,其次为中粒金、巨粒金和细粒金,银主要赋存于自然金中,主要铅矿物方铅矿、主要铜矿物黄铜矿均以中—粗粒为主,与黄铁矿关系密切,主要硫矿物黄铁矿也以中—粗粒为主。为高效开发利用该资源,在常规捕收剂浮选工艺指标不理想的情况下开展了无捕收剂浮选工艺研究。结果表明,无捕收剂浮选工艺精矿品位和回收率均明显高于有捕收剂浮选工艺,铜金精矿Cu、Au、Ag品位分别提高2.67个百分点、116.38 g/t、125.01 g/t,回收率分别提高0.76、6.79、8.29个百分点;铅精矿Pb、Au、Ag品位分别提高35.03个百分点、59.48 g/t、288.17 g/t,Pb、Au回收率分别提高3.80、0.06个百分点;硫精矿S品位和回收率分别提高0.48、6.27个百分点。因此,无捕收剂浮选工艺可作为处理该矿石的原则工艺,经济效益和环境效益均非常显著。The gold grade of a high-gold polymetallic sulfide ore in Shaanxi is 5.78 g/t,and the associated copper,lead,sulfur,and silver grades with comprehensive recovery value are 0.22%,0.28%,3.05%,and 6.75 g/t respectively;gold is mainly naked and exist in semi-naked form,copper and lead are mainly sulfide phases;natural gold in the ore is mainly coarse-grained,followed by medium-grained gold,huge grained gold and fine-grained gold.Silver is mainly found in natural gold.Galena,mainly lead,and chalcopyrite,the main copper mineral are mainly medium-coarse grains,which are closely related to pyrite.The main sulfur mineral pyrite is also mainly medium-coarse grains.In order to efficiently develop and utilize this resource,a collector-free flotation process study was carried out when the conventional collector flotation process indicators were not ideal.The results show that the concentrate grade and recovery of the collector-free flotation process are significantly higher than those of the collector flotation process.The grades of Cu,Au,and Ag of the copper-gold concentrate are increased by 2.67 percentage points,116.38 g/t,and 125.01 g/t.The recovery was increased by 0.76,6.79,8.29 percentage points;the grades of lead concentrate Pb,Au,and Ag increased by 35.03 percentage points,59.48 g/t,288.17 g/t,and the recovery of Pb and Au increased by 3.80,0.06 percentage points,respectively.S grade and recovery of sulphur concentrate increased by 0.48 and 6.27 percentage points respectively.Therefore,the collector-free flotation process can be used as the principle process for processing the ore,and the economic and environmental benefits are very significant.
