摘 要:针对某矿开采过程中存在矿房淋水大、凿岩硐室及底部结构难以布置和成型、深孔切割井成井困难、爆破大块率高等难题展开应对措施研究。首先,提出矿房防治水技术方案,并结合注浆孔优化采准巷道炮孔布置,以提高采掘效率;其次,提出破碎大断面凿岩硐室开挖及联合支护技术方案,以及长进路双矿房堑沟式底部结构及加强支护技术方案;最后,改进深孔爆破一次成井炮孔布置结构,并对深孔爆破参数进行优化,降低大块率及爆破成本。一系列措施有效解决了开采难题,显著提高了生产效率。In view of the problems existing in the mining process of a mine,such as large water leaching in the mine room,difficult arrangement and forming of drilling chamber and bottom structure,difficult completion of deep hole cutting wells and high blasting block rate,the countermeasures are studied.Firstly,the technical scheme of water prevention and control in mine room is put forward,and the grouting hole are combined to optimize the blasting hole arrangement of mining roadway,so as to improve the mining efficiency.Secondly,the excavation and combined support technology scheme of broken large section rock drilling chamber is proposed,and the cutting groove bottom structure and strengthening support technology scheme of long-path double mine room are proposed.Finally,the deep hole blasting hole layout structure is improved,and the deep hole blasting parameters are optimized to reduce the bulk rate and blasting cost.A series of measures effectively solve the mining problems and significantly improve production efficiency.
