摘  要:以生物基尼龙11(PA11)和氯醚橡胶(ECO)作为聚乳酸(PLA)的增韧和耐热改性剂,通过熔融共混的方法制备了PLA/PA11/ECO三元共混体系,并系统表征了体系的相容性、形貌结构、热行为及物理性能。PA11的存在改善了共混体系组分之间相容性。连续相PA11能有效提高PLA基体的维卡软化温度至160℃以上。PLA/PA11/ECO(42.5/42.5/15)的断裂伸长率达到295%,而含25%PA11(质量分数,下同)的PLA/PA11/ECO(60/25/15)共混物的冲击强度达到47.4 kJ/m2。冲击断面形貌分析表明,少量PA11与ECO弹性体对PLA冲击性能的改善起到协同效应。研究表明,构造PLA/PA11/ECO多元共混体系是一种获得韧性、耐热生物基材料简单高效的手段。In present work,fully renewable ternary blends were prepared from poly(lactic acid),biobased polyamide 11 and poly(epichlorohydrin-co-ethylene oxide)elastomer via a melt blending method.Miscibility,phase behavior,thermal and mechanical properties of the ternary blend were thoroughly studied.Addition of the PA11 effectively improved the miscibility,thermal resistance,and toughness of the blends.PA11 continuous phases greatly increased the Vicat softening temperature of PLA above 160℃.Mechanical tests proved that 42.5%(mass fraction)content of PA11 could significantly improve the tensile toughness of the blend:the elongation at break of PLA/PA11/ECO(42.5/42.5/15)reached 295%.The impact strength of PLA/PA11/ECO(60/25/15)blend with only 25%PA11 increases to 47.4 kJ/m2.A small amount of PA11 and ECO elastomer with high interfacial adhesions played a good synergistic effect on toughening PLA.Our research demonstrated that the PLA/PA11/ECO multi-component blending system is a simple and efficient method to gain high performance bio-based materials.
