摘　　要：融合共建是新时代高校图书馆的发展要求。结合黑龙江省内各个高校图书馆实际现状及期望,提出省高校图工委与CALIS省级中心融合共建思路。实现二者的融合方式是在省高校图工委建立资源共享与融合共建专业委员会的方式开展CALIS省中心服务,从合作方式、共享资源、共享平台、共享服务利用进行效益分析,以期发挥省高校图工委及CALIS省中心更大作用。According to the instructions of Heilongjiang Provincial Department of education,the Secretary unit of the 9th Heilongjiang Provincial College graphics working committee is located in the library of Harbin University of technology.At the same time,Harbin University of technology shoulders the important task of CALIS Heilongjiang Provincial Center.In order to better develop the cause of Heilongjiang Provincial College library,the Provincial College graphics working committee will integrate the work function of CALIS Provincial Center to play a greater practical role.Combined with the actual situation of University Libraries in Heilongjiang Province and the expectation of University Libraries in Heilongjiang Province,the paper puts forward the idea of the integration and co-construction of University graphics Working Committee and provincial center of CAIS in Heilongjiang Province.
