摘　　要：与师资队伍建设一样,教学管理队伍建设也是保障高校教育教学质量和持续发展的关键因素。高等医学院校要提高教学管理队伍整体素质和管理水平,必须加强创新型教学管理队伍建设。本文从理论与实践两个角度对高等医学院校创新型教学队伍建设的重大意义进行探讨。提出创新型教学管理队伍建设对提升医学院校教育教学和人才培养质量具有战略意义;创新型教学管理队伍建设对提高医学院校教育教学管理科学化、民主化和现代化具有重大意义;创新型教学管理队伍建设对推动医学院校全面深化教育教学改革具有重要意义。Like the construction of teaching staff,the construction of teaching management team is the key factor to ensure the teaching quality and sustainable development of higher education.In order to improve the overall quality and management level of teaching management team,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of innovative teaching management team.This paper discusses the great significance of the construction of innovative teaching team in medical colleges and universities from the perspectives of theory and practice.It is considered that:the construction of innovative teaching management team is of strategic significance to improve the quality of education and teaching and personnel training in medical colleges;the construction of innovative teaching management team is of great significance to improve the scientific and modern education and teaching management of medical colleges;the construction of innovative teaching management team is of great significance to promote the comprehensive deepening of education and teaching reform in medical colleges and universities.
