摘  要:聚酯浆料是一种新型的纺织浆料,对涤纶的黏附性能优异,但退浆性能差。采用O3氧化法对聚酯浆料进行降解,明确聚酯浆料的初始浓度、pH、反应温度、O3通入速率对其降解效果的影响,并借助傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和气质联用仪对其降解产物进行初步分析。结果表明:聚酯浆料的初始浓度越大,降解率越低,但降解量增大;碱性条件有利于O3对聚酯浆料的降解;20~30℃时,升高温度可以提高降解率,30~50℃时,升高温度对降解率的提高影响不大,温度升高到60℃,降解率降低;O3通入速率在6.0~11.4g/h时,增大O3通入速率可以提高聚酯浆料的降解率,但是通入速率增加至13.2g/h,降解率降低。通过分析红外光谱图、气质联用色谱图,结合叔丁醇(TBA)对聚酯浆料降解率的影响,明确了·OH在O3降解聚酯浆料中起主要作用,聚酯大分子链在·OH的作用下发生断裂,最终生成醛、酮、羧酸等低分子质量化合物。Polyester size is a new type of textile size,which has excellent adhesion to polyester,but poor desiz⁃ing performance.The O3 oxidation method is used to degrade the polyester size,and the initial concentration,pH value,reaction temperature,and O3 introduction rate in the desizing process are determined.With the help of Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer and GC/MS,the degradation products are analyzed preliminarily.The results show that the higher the initial concentration of the polyester size is,the lower the degradation rate and the higher the amount of degradation are;alkaline conditions are conducive to the degradation of polyester size by O3;between 20℃and 30℃,increasing the temperature can increase degradation rate,between 30℃and 50℃,the increase of temperature has little effect on the degradation rate,when it increases to 60℃,the degradation rate decreases;when the O3 inflow rate is between 6.0 g/h and 11.4 g/h,increasing the O3 inflow rate can increase the degradation rate of the polyester size,but when the inflow rate increases to 13.2 g/h,the degradation rate decreases.Through the analysis of infrared spectroscopy and GC/MS chromatogram,com⁃bined with the effect of tert-butanol(TBA)on the degradation rate of polyester size,it is clear that·OH is the main oxidant for O3 degradation of polyester size.The molecular chain is broken under the action of·OH,and fi⁃nally low molecular weight compounds such as aldehydes,ketones,and carboxylic acids are formed.
