摘 要:以氯化锌和尿素为原料,乙二醇为形貌控制剂,掺杂镧(La)和钕(Nd)等金属元素,采用水热法制备了花状纳米氧化锌及其改性复合物。利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射等方法对粉体进行了表征,并研究了其对活性染料的光催化性能。结果表明:La、Nd的最佳单掺杂比均为3%,改性后氧化锌的光激发波长扩展至可见光区,经60min可见光照射,活性红24及活性黄145的降解率均达到80%以上。采用3%La-3%Nd/ZnO为光催化剂处理活性染料废水时,无论是紫外光照射,还是可见光照射下,都能显著降低印染废水的COD和TOC,证明3%La-3%Nd/ZnO是一种优异的光催化剂。Flower-shaped nano zinc oxide and its complex incorporating La-Nd are prepared by using hydrother⁃mal method with zinc chloride and urea as raw materials,ethylene glycol as the morphology controller.The powdered samples are characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffractometry,and its photocata⁃lytic performance on reactive dyes is studied.The results show that the optimum doping ratios of La/Nd are both 3%.The light excitation wavelength of modified zinc oxide expands to the visible light region.After 60 min of visible light irradiation,the degradation rates of Reactive Red 24 and Reactive Yellow 145 both reach over 80%.When using 3%La-3%Nd/ZnO as the photocatalyst to treat reactive dye wastewater,COD and TOC of the dyeing wastewater can be significantly reduced under ultraviolet and visible light,which proves that 3%La-3%Nd/ZnO is an excellent photocatalyst.
