摘  要:采用自制的矿化助剂及代用碱剂对腈纶/莫代尔混纺针织物进行阳离子染料和活性染料两步法染色,分析影响染色效果的因素,得到节水减排染色新工艺:练染一浴助剂XQC 0.5 g/L,预矿化助剂XAO 0.5 g/L,矿化助剂XJS 1 g/L,固色碱剂1.0 g/L,高效净洗剂XD-1 2 g/L。新工艺与传统工艺染品的染色效果相当,色牢度优于传统工艺染品;且新工艺可使腈纶组分染色耗水量降低42.86%,矿化排放残液的色度降低80%以上,CODCr降低77%以上。Using self-made mineralization auxiliaries and an alkali substitute to dye acrylic/modal blended knitted fabrics with cationic dyes and reactive dyes in two-step process.Through analyzing the factors influencing the dyeing results,a new water-saving and emission-reduction dyeing process is obtained:scouring and dyeing one-bath auxiliary XQC 0.5 g/L,pre-mineralization auxiliary XAO 0.5 g/L,mineralization auxiliary XJS 1 g/L,alkali agent 1.0 g/L,high-efficiency detergent XD-12 g/L.The dyeing results with the new process are equivalent to those with the traditional process,but the former has higher color fastness,and lower water consumption by 42.86%in acrylic dyeing,and chromaticity of mineralized discharge residual liquor reduced by more than 80%and COD_(Cr) reduced by more than 77%.
