摘　　要：桂枝龙骨牡蛎汤组方蕴含阴阳平衡、刚柔相济、相反相成的配伍思想,有调和阴阳、交通心肾的功能,《金匮要略》中原方用于治疗久病虚劳、阴阳两虚、阴阳不交所致的遗精、遗尿、梦交等病证。通过查阅近年文献发现,该方广泛应用于心血管、呼吸、精神、神经等系统病证的辨治。病证病机为阴阳虚损、失调,营卫不和,采用桂枝龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗可取得良好的疗效。整理回顾相关的治疗研究成果,分系统论述。参考文献31篇。Guizhi Longgu Muli Decoction(桂枝龙骨牡蛎汤)contains the compatibility idea of balancing yin and yang,combining rigidity with softness,and complementing each other.It has the functions of harmonizing yin and yang and communicating heart and kidney.The original prescription in Synopsis of Golden Chamber is used to treat spermatorrhea,enuresis and sexual dream caused by chronic illness,deficiency of both yin and yang and disharmony between yin and yang.According to recent literatures,this prescription is widely used in cardiovascular,respiratory,psychiatric,neurological and other systemic diseases based on syndrome differentiation.The pathogenesis of the disease is deficiency of yin and yang,imbalance and disharmony between nutrient and defense,the modified Guizhi Longgu Muli Decoction can achieve good effect.This paper reviews the related therapeutic research results and discusses them according to the system classification.There are 31 references in total.
