摘 要:目的探讨SBAR沟通模式在心脏介入诊疗患者转运中的应用效果。方法选取2018年3—5月江西省某三级甲等医院心内科收治的156例行心脏介入诊疗患者作为研究对象,按照简单随机化法分成观察组和对照组,每组各78例。对照组采用传统的交接班沟通模式,观察组采用SBAR沟通模式。比较护士对两组患者交接班模式的满意度、患者满意度、患者介入不良事件发生率。结果观察组中护士的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中患者对护士的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中患者介入不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SBAR沟通模式能够保障心脏介入诊疗患者的安全,减少不良事件的发生,降低护理风险,提升护理质量,促进医护患和谐。Objective To investigate the effect of SBAR communication model on the transportation of the patients received cardiac interventional therapy.Methods A total of 156 patients who received cardiac interventional therapy from March to May 2018 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were divided into observation group and control group according to the simple randomization method,with 78 cases in each group.The patients in observation group was treated with SBAR communication model,and the control group was treated with traditional model.The satisfaction of nurse and patients and the occurrence rates of interventional adverse events were compared between two groups.Results The satisfaction degree of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients'nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion SBAR communication model can guarantee security of the patients receiving cardiac interventional therapy,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,improve the quality of care and promote doctor-patient harmony.
