康复新液联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶治疗Ⅱ~Ⅲ级放射性皮炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨康复新液联合rb-bFGF凝胶治疗Ⅱ~Ⅲ级放射性皮炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年4月在肿瘤内科住院行放射性治疗并发Ⅱ~Ⅲ级放射性皮炎的80例患者,分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予康复新液治疗,观察组给予康复新液联合rb-bFGF凝胶治疗,观察两组患者治疗总有效率、治疗第7天疼痛评分、皮炎愈合时间、换药次数及与药物相关不良反应发生情况。结果观察组疗效优于对照组、第7天疼痛评分低于对照组、皮炎愈合时间短于对照组、换药次数少于对照组(P<0.05),两组均无与药物相关的不良反应发生。结论康复新液联合rb-bFGF凝胶能减轻Ⅱ~Ⅲ级放射性皮炎患者疼痛,临床效果显著,为患者顺利完成放疗提供保障。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with rb-bFGF gel in the treatment of gradeⅡ~Ⅲradiation dermatitis.Methods From January 2019 to April 2020,80 patients who received radiotherapy in the Department of Oncology and had gradeⅡ~Ⅲradiation dermatitis were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kangfuxin solution.The observation group was given Kangfuxin solution combined with rb-bFGF gel treatment.The total effective rate of treatment,the pain score on the 7th day of treatment,the healing time of dermatitis,the number of dressing changes and the occurrence of adverse drug-related reactions were observed.Results The observation group had higher efficacy than the control group.The pain score on the 7th day of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The healing time of dermatitis in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the number of dressing changes was less than that of the control group(P<0.01).There were no drug-related adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Kangfuxin solution combined with rb-bFGF gel can relieve pain in patients with gradeⅡ-Ⅲradiation dermatitis,which has a significant clinical effect,and provides a guarantee for patients to complete radiotherapy successfully.
